General Assessment Information

The annual Grand List or Assessment Date is October 1st. The most recent town-wide revaluation was completed with the signing of the October 1, 2005 Grand List. All real property was appraised as of October 1, 2005. The revaluation was conducted by the Assessor's Office with the assistance of Cole-Layer-Trumble (CLT), an established property revaluation firm. The next town-wide revaluation is scheduled for the October 1, 2010 Grand List.
